🎁 Retail Christmas Shipping Update - 2025

Order Cut-off:
Orders placed before 12pm on Tuesday 23rd December will be dispatched before Christmas.

After 23rd December:
Orders will continue to be accepted throughout the holiday period.
Dispatch will resume from Monday 5th January.

Retail orders remain open — only shipping is delayed during the break.

Returns

Cancellations prior to shipment

Cancellations can be requested before shipment but are subject to a 3% cancellation fee. This fee covers the non-refundable payment processing costs. To cancel or amend your order, please contact us at help(at)invictatcg.co.uk.

Returning Items 

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving goods. Customers will then have an additional 14 days to send the item back.
• Returns are not accepted for items in an unsellable condition or with damaged factory seals.
• A 5% fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover non-refundable transaction costs.

Damaged items

If an item arrives damaged, it can be returned for a full refund or exchange at no cost to the customer. Please contact us at helpinvictatcg.co.uk to arrange this.

Liability for Delayed/Lost Orders

Any unexpected delivery charges or rerouting costs will be covered by Invicta TCG Ltd.
 
Lost Items

If an item is lost in transit, Invicta TCG Ltd will cover the loss after investigation and communication with the courier.

Responsibility for Return Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
 
If the return is due to a mistake or damage caused by Invicta TCG Ltd, the return shipping cost will be fully covered.
